UI/UX Design Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Design Intern to join our team in Delhi. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. The intern will contribute to the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly digital products, supporting the design team in achieving company goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing intuitive and engaging UI for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Support the development of design systems, style guides, and documentation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve the overall user experience.
• Help test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UI/UX design and digital product development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric experiences.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development concepts.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work or projects (academic or personal).
• Understanding of current UI/UX trends and best practices.

Experience

• This is an entry-level internship; no prior professional experience is required.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Environment

• Work location: Delhi (in-office).

• May require occasional participation in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.

Salary

• INR 150,000 – 200,000 (stipend for the duration of the internship).
