Digital Delivery Manager (AI & Automation) Remote – India | 4‑hour daily overlap with Eastern Time (US/Canada) Timings: 3 pm to 12 am IST Role Summary We’re seeking an operations champion who lives for process, precision, and scale. You'll own operational excellence across Inspiration Digital’s marketing and technology engagements—building repeatable systems, fine‑tuning vendor workflows, and injecting AI/automation into every phase so projects land faster, cleaner, and more profitably. Key Responsibilities Area What You’ll Do Onboarding Planning Vendors Lead discovery calls, craft client briefs & ClickUp workspaces, draft SOPs. Create execution roadmaps, slice work for vendors, lock budgets & milestones. Source, brief, and manage partners; enforce SLAs; resolve issues early. Automation Campaigns Reporting Deploy GPT prompts, GoHighLevel & ClickUp automations; document playbooks. Oversee cold email, LinkedIn lead generation, and the founder’s brand personality management. Weekly KPI dashboards & review calls; surface upsell opportunities. Required Skills & Experience ● Must‑Have: ● 5–7 yrs managing digital/web & digital marketing projects ● Specifically, knowledge of LinkedIn as a platform ● Success with US/Canadian B2B clients ● Fluent, polished English; prior client handling experience ● CRM know‑how (HubSpot or GoHighLevel) ● Hands‑on: ChatGPT/custom GPTs, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Zapier/Make ● Nice‑to‑Have: ● Agile/Scrum certification ● Basic HTML/CSS or GA4 ● Marketo/Klaviyo experience ● Basic design (Figma/Canva) Culture & Perks We are here to do great work, but also help our teams build a better life.
