About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled nCino / Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust nCino and Salesforce applications that enhance business operations and deliver seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and drive innovation within our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize nCino / Salesforce applications to improve business workflows and customer experience.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions.

• Customize Salesforce and nCino functionality, including data modeling, UI design, and workflow automation.

• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure secure and reliable applications.

• Perform ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to existing nCino and Salesforce applications.

• Work with cross-functional teams—business analysts, project managers, and UI/UX designers—for smooth project execution.

• Stay up to date with evolving Salesforce and nCino features, best practices, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an nCino Developer, with strong expertise in nCino customization and development.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and nCino functionalities.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and data migration tools.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II).

• Experience with financial services domain or banking workflows (nice to have).

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
