SCM - eCom Inventory, Sourcing, Fulfillment
Designation : Flexible | Based on past experience & fitment at Gynoveda
Location : Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai [Work from Office]
Reports to : Founders
Work Description:
Head S&OP planning, inventory, sourcing, orders fulfillment & logistics for Ayurveda
FMCG products sold online via website, amazon, flipkart and other marketplaces
Inventory Sourcing:
● Setup inventory management systems, processes & tools to manage 100+ SKUs leading
to 500,000+ transactions per annum sold online via Website & eComm Marketplaces
● Spearhead the sales & operations planning (S&OP) process for FMCG products
● Procure & source inventory for 60 days based on the eCommerce sales projection
○ Demand ~ Supply planning of monthly stocks based on sales projection
○ Source finished goods from multiple 3rd party manufacturers
■ Manage bill-of-materials (BOM) orders with raw materials manufacturers
to source finished goods in the form of ayurvedic tablets, cream, lotion,
granules, and juice.
■ Organize primary & secondary packaging material like containers, labels,
boxes, leaflets

● Accountable for multi location inventory reconciliation to control inventory loss
● Manage suppliers’ relation for pricing negotiations, quality control, timely procurement
Orders Fulfillment:
● Fulfill orders from website & marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, more
○ Manage third party warehouse for same day order dispatches & fulfillment
○ Manage outsource eCommerce courier aggregators and logistics partners
● Accountable to keep RTO within 10% for cash on delivery orders
● Accountable for delivery speed - 95% website orders delivered in <4 days
● Accountable for multi location inventory reconciliation to control inventory loss
● Manage suppliers’ relation for pricing negotiations, quality control, timely procurement

Candidature requirements:
★ 10+ years of experience with eCommerce D2C, FMCG or Retail companies
★ Prior experience with high growth startup added advantage
★ Fine balance between analytics, interpersonal skills and team engagement
★ Hands-on experience with inventory ERP and fulfillment tools like Unicommerce
