Role &ndash; Regional Head - Retail Sales (Mumbai)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>This is a&nbsp;team handling role that&nbsp;reports into&nbsp;Zonal Head &ndash; Arpit Kumar, who in turn reports into the&nbsp;National Head &ndash; Sales.</li> <li>The role is based in&nbsp;Mumbai&nbsp;and oversees the&nbsp;entire Mumbai retail sales geography, covering both key distribution channels: MFD Channel &amp;&nbsp;Organized Channel, which includes Private &amp; PSU Banks, National Distributors (NDs), and the PCG segment</li> <li>This is a&nbsp;team-handling role&nbsp;with a span of approximately&nbsp;30&ndash;35 direct and indirect reportees, including channel managers and sales executives.</li> <li>While the role oversees both channels, the ideal candidate must have a&nbsp;strong background specifically in the organized channel&nbsp;&mdash; ideally someone who has worked in or with&nbsp;banks, national distributors, or PCG setups, and has managed large sales teams and channel relationships in the past.</li> <li>The fixed&nbsp;budget for the role is in the ₹40&ndash;45 LPA range, depending on the seniority and pedigree of the candidate.</li> </ul>
