Education

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology or Engineer / Bachelor’s in Arts, Economics or Business

Master’s in Business Administration is Added Advantage

Certifications in Center Management, Early Childhood Care and Telugu and Hindi
Experience
-
3-7 Years in Center Operations
-
3 Years Minimum Tenure at Job and At least 3 Years at On Ground Work
-
Experience in Center Operations (As per Tracxn)

Work Policy

Daily Operations: Opening Checklist, Daily Schedule, Closing Checklist

Workers: Roles, Shifts and Handling of Absence

Materials: Routines for Feeding, Cleaning, Sleeping

Safety: Protocols, Audits, and Handling of Incidence
-
Experience: Cost Tracker, Metrics/Feedback System and Training Plan
