Conceptualize and Develop Partnerships: Identify potential B2B partnerships that align with Across Assist's services and client needs. Reverse Partnerships: Leverage client offerings to enhance Across Assist’s product portfolio. Execute Partnerships: Manage the end-to-end execution of partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and delivery. Client Needs Assessment: Understand and analyse the needs of both Across Assist LOBs and clients to propose tailored partnership solutions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure successful partnership implementation. Conduct Market Research: Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. Innovate and Strategize: Develop innovative bundling strategies and continuously improve product offerings based on client feedback and market insights. Monitor Performance: Analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet business objectives and provide value to clients. Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate the value of partnerships to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Team building: Build & lead a team of analysts. Take responsibility for their professional development
