Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience, which includes at least 1 year focused on Generative AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI/ML solutions. This role requires a strong skill set in data handling, model development, and deployment, combined with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other machine learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Ensure proper data handling and preprocessing for model training and evaluation.
• Deploy machine learning models using tools like FastAPI and Docker.
• Utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases for effective data management.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and tools like Hugging Face.
• Expertise in LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and Embeddings.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
• Strong background in Statistics and Data Preprocessing.
• Proficient in Model Evaluation techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of model deployment and experience with Docker are a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud environments for AI/ML applications.

Experience
