Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Measurement & Analytics professional who can help quantify marketing effectiveness, optimize investments, and drive profitable growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to measure marketing effectiveness across channels and generate actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing measurement across performance marketing, brand campaigns, customer relationship management (CRM), influencer marketing, and offline initiatives.
- Build and enhance Media Mix Models (MMM) to evaluate channel contribution and optimize budget allocation.
- Develop attribution frameworks and incrementality testing methodologies to measure true marketing impact.
- Analyze end-to-end marketing funnels, identifying conversion bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Monitor key metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), retention rates, repeat purchase rates, and contribution margins.
- Partner with Growth, Brand, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams to drive data-backed marketing decisions.
- Design and measure A/B tests across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into business and marketing performance.
- Deliver strategic recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and customer acquisition economics.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Science, Media Measurement, Growth Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Marketing Attribution, Incrementality Testing, and Marketing Return on Investment (ROI) measurement.
- Experience analyzing digital marketing channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, Influencer, Affiliate, and CRM.
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and D2C business metrics.
- Ability to communicate analytical insights effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or high-growth startups.
- Exposure to customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention analytics.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, and causal inference methodologies.
- Experience working with experimentation and growth teams.
Experience
Approximately 4+ years of experience in relevant fields such as Marketing Analytics or Media Measurement.
