Job Description:

• Investor Relations:
  • Set up the Investor Relations function for the company with an objective of IPO in the coming years. As the public face, be responsible for organizing and executing the IPO roadshows
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s operations, financials, and business strategies in order to create a belief in the company’s vision with the investor community
  • Work closely with senior management to articulate the Group’s strategy and impact on credit profile by enumerating strengths & risk mitigants.
  • Define and communicate key messages to all relevant stakeholders which include existing and potential investors (domestic and international unitholders, institutional and retail, equity and debt, bankers, bondholders, research analysts, and media, etc
  • Work with the finance team to ensure seamless update of all financial materials on the website, and draft and maintain centralized documentation.
  • Run all IR infrastructure, including website updates, unitholder register monitoring, analyst report tracking, etc.
  • Maintain a high level of market intelligence on relevant Indian Auto Industry issues and players, listed and unlisted, and global auto markets

• Strategy
  • Contribute to the company Strategy & Planning process, in collaboration with multiple teams across lines of business
  • Competitive Intelligence, Peer analysis & Benchmarking on Financial and Operational levels and capital calls, including creating/critiquing new-business-plans & models

• Financial and Media Communications
  • Coordinate and lead overall communication and logistical planning around financial results reporting, brand positioning, and corporate messaging
  • Create and manage press releases, media documents, media briefings, Q&As, op-eds, interviews

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA or Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations / Corporate Finance / Strategy
• Experience of taking a company to IPO essential
• Proven skills in managing Investor Relations, handling Analysts & Fund managers. (Both buy & sell side), conducting an evaluation of Proposals for Mergers/ Acquisitions / Joint ventures
• Insightful exposure to the Equity Research domain and the ability to prepare various research reports
• Highly Analytical
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills with demonstrated abilities in team management and relationship management
