<div>Factors.AI is looking to hire members for their Account Management Team. This role will involve making prospects and customers realize the product&rsquo;s value, onboarding trial accounts, managing existing customers, gathering product feedback, and analyzing product usage.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>What will this role include and why should you be a part of the Factors&rsquo;s Account Management team?<br /> ● Factors has achieved Product-Market fit and is rapidly scaling. This role will have a high impact on revenue and will help take the company to the next level.<br /> ● Understanding customers&rsquo; marketing priorities, operations, and analytics requirements and translating them into effective use of the Factors.AI. You&rsquo;ll not only learn how to talk to customers but also understand how to convert them into new processes and product features/enhancements. During this, you will gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle and work with the product team to understand how to resolve friction points.</div> <div><br /> ● Drive product adoption, increase overall retention, and achieve process success for customers.<br /> ● Develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients &ndash; you will be the primary point of contact.</div> <div>● This is also an ideal pre-MBA role for young graduates looking to gain practical experience in the trillion dollar SaaS business prior to MBA or starting up. The role can also open into Sales, Product Management and Marketing. If you are stuck in a technical role at a legacy software services business, planning to do a MBA from IIM/ISB/US Univs, this might be your ideal gateway.<br /> Expectations from this role:<br /> ● Solid English communication skills - competent at providing clear and concise guidance through emails or calls with a casual and confident tone.<br /> ● Ability to scan analysis results/data and determine if something is out of normal.<br /> ● Strong attention to detail.<br /> ● Experience of 2-4 years in a related field (preferably B2B SaaS)<br /> &nbsp;</div>
