If you’re obsessed with consumer behaviour, love building beautiful products from scratch, and want to create a once-in-a-lifetime company, you’ll fit right in.<br /> As we prepare for our next phase of explosive growth, we are looking for an exceptional Product Head to lead the charge.<br /> What You’ll Be Doing<br /> •<br /> Lead the mobile team to build, launch, and scale the ChaiShots app.<br /> •<br /> Architect and code core features, from video playback to recommendation engines.<br /> •<br /> Set the technical direction for the mobile side, choosing the right tools, frameworks, and practices.<br /> •<br /> Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and content teams to create a seamless, fast, and delightful experience.<br /> •<br /> Tackle performance, optimization, and scale problems head-on, because we’re aiming BIG.<br /> What We’re Looking For<br /> We need a builder at heart, someone who thrives in uncertainty, loves clean, beautiful code, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make decisions.<br /> Must Haves<br /> •<br /> Strong experience with React Native, including deep expertise in performance optimization, animations, and mobile-first design.<br /> •<br /> Solid understanding of native development—comfortable tweaking Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS) when needed.<br /> •<br /> Good grasp of app architecture, scalability, and state management best practices (Redux, Zustand, Recoil or similar).<br /> •<br /> Previous experience working on media-heavy apps (bonus if you worked with video streaming, offline caching, adaptive bitrate handling, etc.)<br /> •<br /> Problem-solving mindset you don’t just code, you think through user experience, app performance, and long-term maintenance.<br /> •<br /> Startup energy. Ownership mindset. No ‘just doing tasks’ here.
