Job Summary
The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring customer retention. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.

- Conduct regular check-ins and provide relevant product updates to maximize customer engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer success or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven problem-solving skills and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and customer success platforms.
- Ability to analyze customer data and extract actionable insights.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to meeting customer demands.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the technology or software industry.
- Knowledge of customer success metrics and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field.

Salary
