Job Summary

The M365 Migration Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of tools related to demand management and other product and project management capabilities within Pharma Tech. This role involves fostering collaboration with technology colleagues from diverse disciplines to establish a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of tools related to demand management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective product and project management.
• Establish a clear vision and roadmap for the migration to M365.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of M365 tools and migration processes.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on demand management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pharma Tech or related industries.
• Knowledge of additional project management tools and software.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management and demand management.

Environment

• Work setting is in-office, with locations available in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Pune.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹3,000,000 per annum.
