Founders Office (Marketing)

Job Summary

The Founders Office (Marketing) intern will work directly with the company’s founders and leadership team to support the execution of various marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to multiple facets of marketing within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Interns will play a vital role in supporting strategic projects and day-to-day marketing operations, contributing directly to the growth and brand presence of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
• Support content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing events and activations.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports for the founders.
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks as required by the founders’ office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing or related domains.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers and students are welcome to apply)
• Relevant coursework, projects, or extracurricular involvement in marketing will be considered a plus.

• Location: Delhi (in-office)

• Physical/Environmental Conditions: Office-based; may require occasional attendance at marketing events or field activations.

Salary

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Internship stipend)
