Job Summary

The Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on CPQ, Billing, and Data Migration will work on analyzing and enhancing the fulfillment process while ensuring seamless data migration from legacy systems to the DX Salesforce system. The role is integral in supporting the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing functionalities. The candidate is expected to manage end-to-end processes from gathering business requirements to delivering functional Salesforce solutions. Immediate joiners with a commitment to working 8-9 hours daily are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to the fulfillment process and recommend improved business and system processes.
• Validate and migrate data from legacy systems to the DX Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Design, prototype, build, document, and support solutions for Salesforce Order Management and Fulfillment, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and oversee build activities to deliver integrated Salesforce solutions following SFDC best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation for requirement specifications.
• Provide system administration support for customized Salesforce applications including user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflows.
• Leverage expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and quote-to-order processes, including product setup, product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote templates.
• Support the integration of Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs and manage processes using WebServices, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and Advanced Approvals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of total professional experience with a strong foundation in business analysis and fulfillment processes.
• At least 4 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
• Expertise in data migration techniques and familiarity with ETL tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud functionalities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining detailed functional documentation.
• Experience with system integration and working knowledge of SFDC integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with middleware and 3rd party integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Order Management and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment with changing requirements.

Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven expertise as a Data Migration Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Immediate joiners are preferred, with a willingness to start within 10 days of notice.
