Job Summary
As the City Head, you will act as the CEO of your designated city. You will own the entire Profit & Loss (P&L), driving aggressive B2B market expansion while ensuring flawless deployment and operational excellence of our IoT hardware and software ecosystem across the region. You will lead cross-functional local teams across enterprise sales, client onboarding, and technical field operations.
Responsibilities

P&L Ownership & Market Expansion (Sales & Growth)
- Identify, pitch, and close high-value B2B and enterprise accounts including commercial malls, tech parks/corporates, airports, hospitals, and large residential societies (RWA).
- Formulate localized pricing strategies and market penetration plans to outperform regional competitors.
- Build a robust pipeline for diversified offerings: ParkSmart Valet services, FASTag integrations, and standalone ground parking digitization.

Service Delivery & IoT Infrastructure Operations
- Oversee the seamless end-to-end installation and commissioning of ParkSmart’s hardware at client sites.
- Collaborate with central product and engineering teams to ensure local software configurations run with maximum uptime.
- Manage local vendor relationships for hardware procurement, cabling, structural installations, and field maintenance.

Key Account Management & Retention
- Act as the primary escalation point for key enterprise accounts in the region, ensuring an elite level of client satisfaction.
- Monitor client health metrics, ensuring parking operators utilize the POS web dashboards efficiently to track occupancy and eliminate revenue leakage.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing city team consisting of Business Development Executives, Key Account Managers, and Field Technical Engineers.
- Liaise and build strategic partnerships with local municipal corporations, urban development authorities, and commercial real estate developers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Significant years of business development or operations management experience, preferably with 3+ years in a leadership/city-head capacity.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in high-growth startups within IoT, PropTech, SaaS, Mobility/Logistics, or B2B Enterprise Sales.
- P&L Expertise: Proven track record of managing a regional P&L, meeting aggressive revenue targets, and containing operational costs.
- Technical Comfort: Strong understanding of deploying integrated tech products; comfortable discussing hardware-software integrations, APIs, and dashboard reporting.
- Key Competencies & Soft Skills:
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfort using data analytics to track team KPIs, asset uptimes, and client revenue leakages.
- Elite Communication: Ability to negotiate with high-level stakeholders while effectively communicating with ground-level teams.

- Familiarity with cloud-based software solutions for business operations.
- Prior experience in managing large-scale service deployments within urban settings.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in leadership roles, with a focus on business development within technology sectors.
