Job Summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on generalist functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with talent development and performance management.
Experience
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role. Proven experience in managing HR initiatives across multiple locations is a plus.
