Superhard Group Job Title: Senior Accountant (Chartered Accountant) Experience: 10+ Years Industry Preference: Diamond / Gems & Jewellery Location: Ichhapore, Surat Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage accounting operations for a group of companies, preferably within the diamond industry. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and overall financial management across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities ● Handle end-to-end accounting for multiple group companies ● Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) ● Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings ● Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closures ● Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants ● Oversee inter-company transactions and reconciliations ● Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning ● Ensure compliance with IND AS / accounting standards ● Supervise and guide junior accounting team members ● Handle inventory accounting, preferably in diamond/gems industry ● Manage costing, stock valuation, and margin analysis Key Requirements ● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) ● Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably in diamond/gems industry ● Experience in handling multiple companies / group structure ● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance ● Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Preferred Skills ● Experience in diamond industry accounting (stock, valuation, import/export) ● Strong leadership and team management abilities
