Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and creative marketing professionals to help build a bold brand presence, drive engagement, and accelerate Drizzle’s growth across digital and retail platforms. In this role, you will craft and execute marketing strategies aimed at health-conscious Gen Z and millennial audiences. You will be instrumental in telling Drizzle’s story, growing our community, and converting awareness into customer love through both online and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development of brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Digital Marketing: Manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, influencer collaborations), SEO, and email marketing.
- Community Engagement: Build and manage our online community through interactive campaigns and storytelling.
- Performance Marketing: Track and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), engagement, and conversions.
- Retail Marketing: Support point-of-sale (POS) activations, sampling programs, and visual merchandising.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to refine marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker in consumer brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and digital-first marketing.
- Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficient with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (or similar).
- Passion for health, fitness, and sustainable living.
- Hustler mindset – willing to experiment, iterate fast, and think outside the box.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (final-year students may also apply).
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with beverage or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brands.
- Experience running influencer collaborations and community management.
- Strong analytical skills for campaign tracking and optimization.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store marketing.
- Proficiency in additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experience
- Minimum Experience: 0 years (freshers and recent graduates welcome).
- Open to internship and contractual roles.
- Prior exposure to beverage, FMCG, or D2C brands is a strong plus.

Salary
- Competitive compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month.
