5. Governance & Compliance: ensure statutory audit, GST/TDS, and internal controls are handled smoothly (via CA + AR/AP exec)

Candidate Profile

1. 7–10 years’ experience; likely CA, CFA, or MBA Finance
2. Background: audit/controllership + exposure to FP&A/strategy
3. Industry: manufacturing/ingredients/complex businesses preferred; startup experience a plus
4. Skills: financial modeling, FP&A, project management, Excel/ERP fluency
5. Mindset: high agency, proactive, organized, can handle complexity/ambiguity
6. Career Path: Senior Manager / Finance Lead → Head of Finance → CFO
7. Preference: strong preference for female candidates
