This is a strategic,<br /> high-visibility role working closely with the Managing Partner to drive critical initiatives across the firm&amp;#39;s operations,<br /> brand building, and strategic growth. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business<br /> strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> 1. Strategic Initiatives:<br /> o Conduct research on new markets, domains, and service lines to identify potential growth<br /> opportunities.<br /> o Develop strategies for partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders, including<br /> investors, clients, and industry bodies.</div> <div>2. Community and Brand Building:<br /> o Build and maintain relationships with the investor and client community by organizing events such<br /> as webinars, roundtables, and networking forums.<br /> o Collaborate with campuses for recruitment drives, case competitions, and branding activities.<br /> o Create and oversee content for the firm&amp;#39;s website, social media platforms, and newsletters, ensuring<br /> alignment with the firm&amp;#39;s brand identity.</div> <div>3. Operational Excellence:<br /> o Oversee office setups, technology upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements to ensure a seamless<br /> work environment.<br /> o Monitor and drive internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, training programs, and cross-<br /> functional collaboration.</div> <div>4. Event Management:<br /> o Plan, organize, and execute investor events, conferences, and other client-facing activities to<br /> strengthen the firm&rsquo;s market presence.<br /> o Manage logistics, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups for all events.<br /> 5.
