Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, deep understanding of financial services hiring, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for BFSI roles.
Stakeholder & Client Management: Work closely with internal hiring managers and external partners to understand talent needs and deliver the best-fit candidates.
Sourcing Strategies: Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and headhunting techniques to identify top talent.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of BFSI professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.

Offer Management: Negotiate salary packages, handle counteroffers, and ensure seamless candidate onboarding.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on BFSI industry hiring trends, competitor benchmarking, and talent availability.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, maintain hiring dashboards, and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Experience in BFSI Hiring – Prior experience in recruiting for roles like Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Credit Analysts, Risk & Compliance, Investment Banking, etc.
Client & Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with hiring managers, understand their requirements, and deliver solutions.
Strong Sourcing Expertise – Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and other job boards.
Negotiation & Persuasion Skills – Ability to manage salary discussions and offer closures effectively.
Analytical & Reporting Skills – Familiarity with hiring metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the BFSI domain.
Prior experience in an agency or corporate recruitment setup focusing on BFSI hiring is a plus
