With reference to our telephonic conversation, please find attached JD for the role of Regional Head – Retail Sales. We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage our Gujarat Region.

As informed, there is an incumbent already handling the role. The plan is to replace the current incumbent as he lacks sales orientation.

UFCs / Branches falling under the jurisdiction of Gujarat Region are – Vapi, Navsari, Ahmedabad, Anand, Surat, Valsad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Bharuch & Mehsana.

The position will be aligned to Band 7. Compensation Range would be INR 25 Lacs.
