Employee Communication: &bull; Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed about company initiatives, changes, and developments. &bull; Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and concerns.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>5. Training and Development: &bull; Provide training to managers on effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and communication. &bull; Offer workshops or resources to employees to promote understanding of company policies and their rights.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>6. Labour Compliance &bull; Ensure labour compliance across all sites and premises. &bull; Manage compliance audits and engage with vendor to ensure that compliance is maintained at all times.</div>
