Job Description

<div>3. Performance Management: • Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans. • Provide guidance on performance reviews, feedback, and performance-related conversations.</div>

<div>4. Employee Communication: • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed about company initiatives, changes, and developments. • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing questions and concerns.</div>

<div>5. Training and Development: • Provide training to managers on effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and communication. • Offer workshops or resources to employees to promote understanding of company policies and their rights.</div>

<div>6. Labour Compliance • Ensure labour compliance across all sites and premises. • Manage compliance audits and engage with vendor to ensure that compliance is maintained at all times.</div>
