Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with a strong background in building Order and Execution Management and Trading systems. This role is crucial in enhancing our distributed applications to ensure high throughput, high availability, and fault tolerance. The Java Developer will work closely with the team to develop and deploy applications adhering to established software development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed applications.
• Build and enhance Order and Execution Management and Trading systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architecture.
• Manage database systems, primarily using MySQL, and integrate with NoSQL technologies as needed.
• Follow the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and timely delivery of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to test-driven development processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Multithreading.
• Practical experience with MySQL and knowledge of NoSQL technologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and message-oriented streaming middleware such as Kafka or similar.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring framework.
• Familiarity with orchestration and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of modern web frameworks like Angular, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Scala and Python.
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Previous experience in financial services or trading environments.

Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Java development.

Environment

• Work on-site 5 days a week in either Gurgaon, Noida, or Bangalore.
• Candidates must be comfortable with late evening interviews due to client specifics.
