If you are as passionate as we are in making a difference and creating<br /> real impact in a fast-paced and wildly creative environment, then you might just be the person we are<br /> looking for.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> Manage the team of 4-5 executives across following functions -<br /> 1) Planning<br /> ● Gather forecasts from channel and category teams for upcoming quarters<br /> ● Plan inventory at WH level based on the forecast<br /> ● Monitor inventory, plan for the purchase orders, and inter warehouse stock transfers<br /> ● Co-ordinate with packaging team for planning and procurement of packaging material<br /> 2) Purchase<br /> ● Mange the team to handle the entire purchase process for core products &ndash; PO planning, PO<br /> placement, Delivery Coordination and Payment reconciliation<br /> 3) Inventory Management<br /> ● Manage the entire inventory across all warehouses of Nua<br /> ● Ensure all the system related process for Inwarding and stock transfer are completed<br /> ● Ensure there is no variation between physical inventory and system inventory<br /> ● Travel to warehouses for quarterly stock audit and inventory reconciliation</div> <div>What we look for<br /> ● Ability to independently manage team of executives<br /> ● Experience in S&amp;amp;OP role for Ecommerce or Retail operation<br /> ● Experience in procurement and dealing with vendors<br /> ● Good communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development<br /> environment<br /> ● Proficient in MS Excel<br /> Preferred Qualifications<br /> ● Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or<br /> Operations<br /> ● Minimum Experience-7 years</div>
