<p><b>1) Job Purpose</b></p>
<p>To drive pan-India PMS sales through Insti/Family office/RIA/Digital and Direct Channels. The role</p>
<p>incumbent will be responsible for planning & implementation of the business development strategy</p>
<p>through above mentioned sources.</p>
<p><b>2) Principal Accountabilities</b></p>
<p>▪ Develop and build Institutional and Family office business from scratch</p>
<p>▪ Drive product development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth based on changing</p>
<p>Institutional mandates</p>
<p>▪ Engage & Update Institutions and Family Offices with ASK IM Alternate product offerings.</p>
<p>▪ Build a dedicated marketing communication for better visibility and awareness around the</p>
<p>alternate product.</p>
<p>▪ Get approvals and complete Due Diligence with each Institution.</p>
<p>▪ Work with the investment and marketing team to identify compelling, innovative brand and</p>
<p>communications strategies. Implement brand strategy and campaigns to build brand equity of</p>
<p>the business</p>
<p>▪ Work closely with products team to develop focus on best in class/innovative products, etc.</p>
<p>▪ Develop deeper relations with Promoters and Institutional clients.</p>
<p>▪ Monthly/Quarterly Investment updates to the Institutions</p>
<p>▪ Contribute 10% of the new sales</p>
<p>▪ Over the 3 years, the Institutional channel should contribute 5000 crs of Alternates AUM.</p>
<p>▪ Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team.</p>
<p>▪ Ensure compliance with regulatory framework at all times & with brand value.</p>
<p>▪ Lead a small Direct team of sales and telecallers to build Direct and Digital channels for ASK</p>
<p>IM from the current 400 crs to 2000 crs in 3-4 years.</p>
<p>▪ Devise marketing and sales strategies to acquire clients through social media channels like</p>
<p>Linked in and FB.</p>
<p>▪ Contribute 100 crores of monthly sales in a year.</p>
<p><b>3) Major Challenges</b></p>
<p>▪ Acquisition of new clients through Insti/Family office/RIA/Digital and Direct Channels</p>
<p>▪ Constant Updation on new products & best practices.</p>
<p><b>4) Experience & Qualification</b></p>
<p>▪ M.B.A or Equivalent post graduate degree</p>
<p>▪ 12 or more years of relevant experience in mentioned channels</p>
<p>▪ Knowledge of equity products is necessary</p>
