Job Description: Finance Manager for NBFC Job location: Mumbai, Nariman Point Overview: As the Finance Manager at Enam Hodling’s NBFC , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our Company while aligning our financial operations with our growth objectives. Reporting to the CFO, you will provide strategic financial guidance to support the Company's overall business strategy. Audit, Compliance & Taxes • Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits • Ensure timely completion of end to end SEBI regulations • Drafting and finalization of annual / quarterly Balance Sheets • Tax planning to optimize taxes for the Company in accordance with the laws and ensuring timely tax refunds • Ensuring timely completion of direct/ indirect (GST) filings • Ensuring timely regulatory compliances (IT/RoC/GST) / management of secretarial functions • Contract management: Review of agreements with vendors/ customers/ channel partners/ Banks NBFC Regulations: Data and MIS • Oversee financial planning including creation of financial models, and monthly/annual budgets in collaboration with the leadership team • Ensure timely preparation of monthly financials MISs and business MISs • Analysing cost/expense trends and deviations and propose necessary actions to improve margins Cost and Cash flow management • Management of past and projected cash flows and appraising the Board / senior management of the same. • Working capital management in accordance with company policies. • Timely payment to vendors/ banks/employees. Financing • Managing relationship with banks/ financial institutions for company • Proving information to shareholders/ investors on timely basis • Team Building: Building and leading the finance, secretarial and compliance team • Cultivate a culture of financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization. Experience and Qualifications: • CA/MBA • Proven 2-5 years of experience in an NBFC • Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. • In-depth knowledge of AIF regulations and compliance. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Ability to think strategically and adeptly solve complex financial problems. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
