Job Summary

We are seeking skilled professionals with expertise in SAP BW (Business Warehouse), SAP Master Data Management (MDM), SAP Business One (BO), and SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) to join our team in Pune on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will leverage SAP technologies to optimize business processes, integrate data systems, and support project portfolio management. This role is crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and process excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW solutions to ensure effective data warehousing and reporting.
• Implement and manage SAP Master Data Management (MDM) to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
• Configure and support SAP Business One (BO) for enhanced business analytics and reporting.
• Manage and optimize SAP Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes for efficient project tracking and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW, MDM, BO, and PPM.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming for customization and enhancement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with data integration, migration, and reporting in SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices related to SAP modules.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
• Prior experience in a contractual or consulting role.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA or S/4HANA environments.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-location SAP implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP BW, MDM, BO, and PPM roles.
• Experience with SAP ABAP development and SAP project implementations is highly desirable.

Salary

Estimated salary range: ₹5,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum (based on experience and skillset).
