Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
D2C Website Management:
-
Oversee day-to-day operations of Boldcare’s website, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and high-conversion shopping experience.

Collaborate with tech and design teams to manage product uploads, UX improvements, and performance optimizations.

Monitor key metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion, cart abandonment) and implement CRO strategies.
Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.):
-
Manage and scale Boldcare’s presence on key marketplaces, optimizing listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising campaigns.

Build strong relationships with account managers and explore new growth opportunities on these platforms.
Sales & Campaign Planning:

Develop and execute monthly sales calendars, seasonal campaigns, and promotional plans aligned with business goals.

Coordinate with marketing, content, and design teams to deliver consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Performance & Growth Analytics:

Analyze traffic, sales, customer behavior, and channel performance to identify growth drivers and areas for improvement.

Prepare dashboards, sales forecasts, and weekly/monthly reports for management.
Qualifications & Requirements:

3–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a D2C-first consumer brand (FMCG, wellness, or personal care is a plus).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a focus on growth and experimentation.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Analytical and customer-centric mindset with strong ownership.
