Head –Brand & Marketing
Mai Labs (Erstwhile P2e Labs) is a startup with the ambitious goal of creating the next Internet. We

business includes an open world - immersive platform to help creators craft immersive
environments and assets, and a work in progress immersive realm.

Role: Head of Brand & Marketing
Location: Noida (WFO)
What will you get to do?
You will lead entire Brand & Marketing charters by way of strategizing, implementing, and managing
transformational initiatives that contribute to the growth of all things Brand and Marketing. Broad
charters are marked below for ready reference:
Digital Assets Marketing:
 Develop and execute comprehensive digital assets marketing strategies, including virtual
goods, to engage and monetize our user base.
 Lead the strategic planning & development of a diverse range of digital assets within our
platform.
 Lead strategic integration and shape our product roadmap to integrate digital assets
seamlessly into our virtual world.
Influencer Marketing:
 Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with influencers and thought leaders in the
blockchain and immersive technology space.
 Define & execute transformative influencer marketing campaigns to amplify our brand's
reach and credibility.
 Monitor and analyse the impact of influencer partnerships on our user engagement and
growth.
Content Marketing:
 Develop and execute content marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
 Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, videos, webinars, and social
media campaigns.
 Set standards and establish thought leadership in the blockchain and immersive technology
sectors through our content as subject matter expertise.
Brand Launch:
Head –Brand & Marketing
 Craft & lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand launch strategy.
 Define our brand identity, positioning, and messaging to create a strong market presence.
 Ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints and ensure our brand as
industry authority.
Experience Charters:
 Build culture of exceptional user experiences in Org and also within our virtual world.
 Develop & collaborate for UX vision, user journey maps and experience charters to enhance
user satisfaction and retention.
 Continuously iterate on experiences based on user feedback and data analytics.
Strategic Alliances:
 Identify and cultivate high impact strategic partnerships and alliances with industry leaders,
technology providers, and other stakeholders.
 Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives and mutually beneficial projects.
 Leverage alliances to expand our platform's reach and capabilities.
Budget & Resource allocation:
 Strategic deployment of funds across activities and close monitoring of expenses & vigilant
cost control.
 Leveraging cost efficient tools available within the ecosystem for quick pilots and scaling up
as needed.
Profile Expectations:
- Master’s degree in Marketing/ Business
- 12+ years of progressive experience across portfolios, preferably new tech.
- Hands-on experience in developing, implementing marketing strategies, expansion
interventions & brand growth across multiple geographies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market & customer data.
- Strong understanding of technology products, market research & consumer behaviour
- User centricity, UX/UI sensibilities, implement customer engagement systems and
processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
