Responsibilities
Develop, deploy, and maintain our Python-based back-end system.
Collaborate on API design and implementation, integrating with diverse databases,
including NoSQL and dedicated vector databases.
Establish a robust testing and quality assurance program for our back-end
infrastructure.
Innovate in search algorithms and data processing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in Python. At least 2-6 years of experience
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and vector databases,
Comfort utilizing and integrating APIs
Highly motivated to write high-quality, error-free code
Enthusiastic about working on data-intensive systems, AI, and search algorithms
Seeking high intensity role that provides ample growth opportunities
Work Schedule
Primarily Indian Standard Time, with occasional early evening overlap for
collaboration with our Boston-based team (a few times per week).
Location
Initially remote, transitioning to a hybrid model in the future (RightPage expects to
open a Hyderabad office in a few years as the team grows)
Annual visits from members of our founding team for in-person interactions.
