2. Patient Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for international patients and their families.
• Coordinate pre-arrival arrangements, including visa processing, travel, accommodation, and appointment scheduling.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure clear understanding of treatments.
3. Partnership Development:
• Establish partnerships with international insurance companies, travel agencies, and local hospitals.
• Negotiate agreements with service providers to create cost-effective treatment and travel packages.
4. Operations Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end patient journey, ensuring high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve processes to enhance the patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with international healthcare standards and regulations.
5. Financial Management:
• Manage budgets related to medical tourism services.
• Track revenue generated from international patients and identify growth opportunities.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
