Job Summary
The IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent in the software engineering domain. This position is vital for ensuring that our organization attracts skilled professionals capable of contributing to our goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling, and coordination.
- Gather job descriptions (JDs) from stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
- Connect and communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn to attract candidates and manage the recruitment funnel.
- Manage vendor relationships and handle stakeholder communications effectively.
- Ensure timely recruitment to meet the organization's talent acquisition requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven recruitment experience, specifically in the IT sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of software engineering skills and technical skills relevant to the IT industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of various recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes.
