Must Haves:

• Experience - 15 years total experience with at least 5 years in a Product leadership role. Should have managed all aspects of Product management, delivery , roadmap ideation
  • MNC experience is a must as the role will have matrix reporting into Europe.
  • Startup/new age companies experience can be added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills: able to communicate with global and local stakeholders, inspire the Product team towards high performance
• Market Intelligence and Data orientation: Ability to understand market trends and bring data as an analytical layer towards building product plans
• Product Operations – Agile in their thinking and operationally astute. Strong capability in product documentation, building processes and ensure adherence to product plans
• Strategic Leadership - Ability to partner with the CEO/MD on growth projects, keeping “business” as the core driver and deploying Product as an enabler
• Talent management & Retention : Build/ Groom (as needed) the Product team towards innovative thinking. Past record of taking bold personnel calls for business performance
