Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Mobile App Development within the ServiceNow Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized mobile experiences using the ServiceNow Mobile platform. This role demands hands-on experience in ServiceNow's App Engine, Mobile Studio, and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow mobile applications using Mobile Studio and Now Mobile/Agent Mobile apps.

• Customize and configure mobile app components including mobile cards, applets, data items, and functions.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and business rules.

• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization of mobile apps.

• Integrate mobile apps with various modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Field Service Management.

• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot mobile app issues and provide technical support.

• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Mobile App development (Now Mobile, Agent Mobile).

• Proficient in Mobile Studio configuration and mobile-first design principles.

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform components including Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, etc.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration hubs, and scripted APIs.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and AngularJS in the context of ServiceNow.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
