Role Overview We are seeking a Finance, Compliance & Governance Manager to anchor our fund operations, compliance, investor reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role demands someone self-driven, detail-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment—a problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, negotiate with vendors, and ensure seamless execution across finance and compliance. Key Responsibilities Fund Operations & Accounting Investor Relations Compliance, Legal & Risk Management Compute NAV, manage reconciliations, and track fees/expenses. • Oversee investor onboarding, documentation, and KYC/AML verification. • Coordinate with custodians, RTAs, fund accountants, and brokers for settlements. • Maintain accurate portfolio/transaction data and support valuations. • Prepare MIS reports for management and investors on fund performance and compliance. • Draft investor communications, operating procedures, and financial policies. • Lead investor onboarding: KYC/AML, FATCA, Contribution Agreements, side letters. • Manage Contributor Register, drawdown/distribution notices, and investor reporting. • Custodian of fund documents, ensuring SEBI-compliant circulation. • Respond to investor queries with precision and speed. • Maintain compliance checklists, manuals, and internal control frameworks. • Monitor operational, financial, and compliance risks; design controls to mitigate them. • Qualifications Desired Attributes Why Join Us?
