Video Editor and Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Video Editor and Designer intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, strong editing skills, and the ability to design compelling graphics. This role is crucial in producing engaging content that aligns with our brand vision and communicates effectively with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Edit High-Engagement Reels: Create viral Instagram reels, product showcases, and creator-led content that feels native, fun, and fresh
• Design for Social Media: Make graphics, carousels, story templates, and announcements that match Blumi’s brand vibe
• Craft Brand Aesthetic: Help shape the overall look and feel of Blumi across platforms — from colors to fonts to layout
• Ideate Creatively: Work directly with the founder to brainstorm content ideas, visual campaigns, and storytelling angles
• Experiment with Formats: From memes to moodboards to behind-the-scenes edits, we want someone who isn't afraid to try new formats
• Ensure consistency and quality across all video and graphic materials.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in graphic design, especially using Canva.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Basic understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
• No minimum experience required (0 years).

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers welcome).
• Intern-level role, suitable for candidates looking to start their career in video editing and design.
