Job Summary
The MLOps Engineer will play a crucial role in implementing and managing machine learning operations in a cloud environment. This position focuses on bridging the gap between data science and operations by deploying and maintaining scalable machine learning workflows. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance machine learning model deployments while ensuring consistency, reliability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to validate and operationalize machine learning models.
- Automate and deploy machine learning models using tools such as Kubernetes and Helm.
- Monitor system performance and model accuracy using monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services, specifically within AWS environments, including AWS EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and EFS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with model performance, scalability, and distributed computing across environments.
Qualifications
- Proficient in MLOps, Machine Learning, and Cloud Services (especially AWS).
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and ArgoWorkflows.
- Solid programming skills in Python, Go, and experience working with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Extensive knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and GPU Acceleration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools relevant to machine learning environments.
- Understanding of Distributed Computing and Workload Orchestration strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability and performance improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with monitoring tools and logging frameworks in AWS environments.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services integration.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Additional knowledge of enterprise applications and e-signature tools is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in MLOps, Software Development, or a related field is preferred.
