Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Engineering Leader to lead the architecture of the most robust and scalable AI Agent System. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product architecture, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative solution to market. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and execution.
• Own the design, architecture, and scalability of enterprise-grade AI-driven products.
• Ensure high-quality engineering standards, robust testing, and secure development practices.
• Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security of AI applications in production environments.
• Establish engineering best practices, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automation for efficient development.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and technical challenges, proactively resolving them.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience building and scaling large-scale professional or enterprise products.
• Cloud Platforms: Strong expertise in backend architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), and distributed systems.
• Programming Languages: Hands-on experience with modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, etc.) and scalable system design.
• AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML-based applications is a plus.
• Team Leadership: Passion for building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, execution mindset, and ability to manage technical complexity.
• Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering and architecture.
