Asst. Vice President/Dy Vice President<br /> Location – Hyderabad/ Mumbai Experience:<br /> <br /> The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive (17 to 20 Years) experience in financial services, with a proven track record of leadership and business success. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong strategic vision, and an ability to manage complex financial operations. They should also have deep knowledge of the relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks and be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.<br /> <br /> Qualification: Qualified CA / Cost Accountant / Company Secretary Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English language & Proficient with MS office<br /> <br /> Job Description:<br /> <br /> As a senior leader in financial services, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the organization. Candidate will work closely with other members of the executive team to ensure that the company meets its financial and business goals while delivering a high level of customer service to its clients. Key responsibilities will include: 1. Client Management / Operational Management exp in Register and Transfer Agent Experience<br /> 2. Strategy Development: Develop and execute business plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives, including growth, profitability, risk management, and innovation.<br /> 3. P&L Management: Responsible for driving key financial metrics for respective LOB and accountable for P&L management<br /> 4. Financial Management: Ensure that the company's financial operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory standards. This includes overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.<br /> 5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the organization's client base and revenue streams. This may involve developing partnerships with other financial institutions, pursuing merger and acquisition opportunities, or creating new products and services.<br /> 6. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the organization's management team and employees, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.<br /> 7. Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulators, and industry associations, to ensure that the company's interests are represented and its reputation is maintained.<br /> 8. Risk Management: Develop and maintain robust risk management processes and controls to mitigate risks to the organization's financial health and reputation.<br /> 9. Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting requirements, data privacy, and anti-money laundering regulations
