Job Title: Photographer Location: Marathalli Bangalore Reports to: Founder & CEO Summary We are looking for a skilled Photographer & Videographer to create high-quality product and lifestyle content for our brand. You will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering professional images and videos that bring our products and campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities Photography & Videography ● Capture high-quality product photos, lifestyle shoots, and brand visuals. ● Shoot and edit engaging videos such as product films, reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and event coverage. ● Maintain consistency with the brand’s style and aesthetics. Shoot Preparation & Execution ● Plan and manage photo/video shoots, including location scouting, lighting, props, and setup. ● Direct models/talent during shoots to achieve the desired outcome. ● Handle studio and outdoor shoots with proper equipment management. Editing & Post-Production ● Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects. ● Retouch and enhance images using Photoshop and Lightroom. ● Deliver polished final outputs optimized for different digital platforms. Collaboration & Organization ● Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals. ● Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets for future use. ● Keep up with the latest photography and visual trends in lifestyle, beauty, and e-commerce. Requirements ● 3+ years of experience in professional photography and video production. ● Strong portfolio showcasing product photography and lifestyle shoots. ● Expertise with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, composition, and video equipment. ● Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom. ● Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or luxury products (preferred). ● Prior work with startups or consumer brands is an added advantage.
