Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Monitor and report on sales progress, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
Efficiently manage the business development budget to support growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in logistics business development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
