Position: Head of growth
Location: Bangalore, India

Born Good is a digital first FMCG brand with a core mission to enable people contribute to the planet in a small yet 
significant way. Born Good products are USDA certified and plant based. They are effective cleaners that are 100% 
safe and non-toxic. We are a funded startup and backed up RPSG Ventures.
About the Role
The candidate will be responsible for the D2C and E-commerce Digital Growth and Marketing function of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth (performance) marketing on D2C and marketplace channels
a. Drive overall revenue growth on D2C and marketplaces.
b. First time customer acquisition
i. Determine targets and allocate budgets for performance marketing spends
ii. Lead the team to develop creatives, audiences and campaigns to execute and achieve targets
iii. Spends to be executed on (but not limited to) google, facebook, affiliates etc
c. Repeat customer marketing
i. Conceptualize and execute campaigns using CRM over channels like SMS / Email / Whatsapp
d. Market place sales on marketplaces including (but not limited to) Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, 
Blinkit, Cred, Big Basket, Firstcry, etc
2. Creative management – plan, executive, source and analyze creatives required for growth 
3. CRO - Handle all activities that will help in increased conversions such as (but not limited to) page speed, 
product page listing
4. Marketplace optimizations - Ensure listings on marketplaces are optimized, prices are uniform, deals / offers 
are consistent 
5. Recruitment & team building – help scale the team by recruiting talent into Born Good 
6. Work with operations team to plan and allocate stock to various channels 
7. Reporting - Daily / weekly / monthly reporting formats to be executed 
8. Support with new product development 
Skills we are looking for
Must Haves:
• 8-12 years business and / or marketing experience in D2C start-up/e-commerce organizations
• Strong working experience on D2C channels such as Shopify, Meta, Google
• Strong working experience on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, Cred, Big 
Basket, Firstcry, etc
• Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness 
• Expertise in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, 
including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels
• Experience in managing digital first brands both from width & depth point of view 
• Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment 
• Experience in creating end to end online customer journey 
• At attitude to learn and being very, very customer centric
• Good spoken and written English 
• Fast to respond and good communication skills 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
