Job Description
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand the company's footprint.
Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales plans with overall company goals.
Team Leadership & Management:
Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including Zonal/Regional Sales Managers.
Set clear performance targets and ensure team accountability.
Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring:
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to the team.
Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to ensure competitive positioning.
Stakeholder Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to achieve business goals.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior leadership team.
