Job Summary

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, analyzing requirements, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The position focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and proposals.
• Support project management activities to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss project progress and updates.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process modeling and requirement gathering techniques.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years in a Business Analyst role or related field.

Environment

• The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office work (1-2 days per month) in locations such as Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai.
• Shift timings are from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

Salary

• Budget is 1.1 Lakh per Month + GST.
