Freelance IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as recruiters on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity that is commission-based. This role offers the flexibility to work from home or from our offices. We seek ambitious individuals interested in recruiting on an international basis, with prior recruitment experience, preferably in IT or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
• Source, screen, schedule, conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
• Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using a variety of recruitment methods such as web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, and contacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-10 years of recruiting experience.
• IT/Engineering recruitment experience preferred.
• Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal networks.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage candidate scheduling and stakeholder communication effectively.

Experience

Minimum of 1-10 years of relevant recruiting experience, with a preference for IT/Engineering recruitment.
