Job Summary
The Web3 Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in scaling the CredShields brand and driving community engagement. Reporting directly to the founders in a fast-paced startup environment, you will design and execute marketing strategies that enhance the company’s digital footprint and establish CredShields as the leading voice in Web3 security. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and an in-depth understanding of digital marketing channels in the Web3 space.
Responsibilities

Brand Building & Thought Leadership
- Position CredShields and its flagship products (SolidityScan & RustScan) as category leaders in Web3 security.
- Produce high-quality LinkedIn articles, Twitter threads, and content that emphasizes audit quality, speed, and competitive pricing.
- Represent CredShields in industry discussions by hosting and participating in Twitter (X) Spaces sessions.

Audience Growth & Community Engagement
- Drive organic and paid follower growth on social media platforms, including Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Cultivate a strong online brand voice while engaging with and expanding Web3 communities.

Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage a multi-channel content calendar encompassing Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube.
- Produce and repurpose diverse content such as use cases, ecosystem news, product updates, client features, and case studies.
- Systematically track content performance and adjust strategies based on key performance metrics.

Newsletter & Lead Generation
- Create and manage a weekly Web3 Security Newsletter, delivering ecosystem insights and product updates to the community.
- Collaborate on SEO and content marketing initiatives to optimize the lead funnel, including managing keyword-driven ads and gated content.

Outbound Outreach & Partnership Development
- Identify and engage with key Web3 hackathons and accelerator programs globally.
- Launch outreach campaigns to secure partnership opportunities, sponsorships, speaker slots, and technical integrations.
- Maintain an updated partnership pipeline in collaboration with internal teams for co-marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or community growth with a strong emphasis on digital and social media strategies.
- Proven track record in scaling social media presence and driving community engagement, preferably within the Web3 space.
- Excellent copywriting abilities with experience in creating technical yet engaging content tailored to Web3 audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Twitter Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, security tools, or smart contract auditing.
- Strong strategic mindset with the capability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience within the Web3 ecosystem, particularly with security protocols, DeFi platforms, or launchpad projects.
- Familiarity with collaborating with marketing agencies or freelancers for content production.
- Active involvement in Twitter Spaces, Web3 media platforms, or decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, community growth, or brand development, specifically in technology or Web3 environments.

- Work Setting: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in or familiar with the Bangalore region.
