Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to outlet launches, renovations, maintenance, and operational improvements. This role is essential for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, contributing to the organization’s growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute outlet setup, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Create project timelines, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve roadblocks.

Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across civil, electrical, IT, branding, and facility requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to optimize project costs.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.

Site Audits & Quality Control
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Verify quality of work executed by vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external vendors.
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Provide regular project updates and status reports to management.

Cost & Budget Management
- Track project expenses and budgets.
- Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
- Maintain project documentation, invoices, and approvals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
- Experience in the F&B, Retail, Hospitality, or Facilities Management industry is preferred.
- Candidates from startup environments and product-based companies are also encouraged to apply.

Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, or Facilities Management industries.
Environment
This role typically requires a hands-on approach, with significant time spent on-site coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
Salary
Compensation is estimated at ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
